Hand press T16S
The first new product on offer is the hand press T 16S – it is recommended for cable end-sleeves with and without insulation: TA, TE, TV for the wires with the cross-section from 0,08 ÷ 16 mm2. The form of crimping in case of this tool is hexagonal. The tool has a built-in crimping die. Thanks to the moveable centering insert it is easier to position the cable terminal with the small diameter. T 16S is comfortable to handle, thanks to the two-component grip.
Hand press PRJ 468
Another new product in the assortment of crimping tools is the hand press PRJ 468 used with modular plug RJ45, RJ12 and RJ11. It is designed for crimping flat and round cables. The built-in locking mechanism ensures pressure control. The weight of the tool is 750 g and the length is 185 mm.
Battery powered hydraulic press EPZC 300
Among new products you can also find a battery powered hydraulic press EPZC 300; it is designed for crimping ring terminals with and without insulation with the cross-section of wire from 10 ÷ 120 mm2, cable end-sleeves with and without insulation with the cross-section from 25 ÷ 185 mm2, tubular CU 6 ÷ 300 mm2 and tubular Al 16 ÷ 240 mm2. With the help of this tool you can also perform a round forming of Al sector conductors 16÷240 mm2. It is easy to work with thanks to such features as: automatic off switch ending operation cycle after a proper crimping is complete, proper crimping indicated by green LED light, electronic record of operation cycle, efficient lithium-ion battery and a flip top head rotatable by 330°.
