Hydraulic tools for crimping the terminals and connectors on wires  are a wide range of products in the assortment of ERKO. HRZ 300 is a hand hydraulic press with flip top head rotatable by 180°. It is used for crimping  terminals with and without insulation for example: ring  to 120 mm2, cable end-sleeves to 185 mm2, tubular Cu to 300 mm2, tubular  Al on wires with the cross-section to 240 mm2. It is also used for round forming Al sector conductors , with the help of  ZF die.

Hydraulic head  GZ 300 works with the same types of dies as  HRZ 300.  It is designed for electrical works of high intensity, and it can crimp terminals: ring  to 120 mm2, cable end-sleeves to 185 mm2, tubular  Cu to  300 mm2, tubular Al to 240 mm2. It is compatible with the aggregates produced by ERKO and with hydraulic pump.

HR 100-U is used for crimping the same terminals and connectors as the previously mentioned product, but it can be used for smaller sizes for example:   Al  terminals on wires  with the cross-section to 120 mm2. It is a small tool so very comfortable to work with, its working pressure is  47 kN.

GU 120  – it is also an example of a hydraulic head that is compatible with the aggregates and with hydraulic pump. It is designed for electrical works of high intensity. The force used is 80 kN, and the weight is 1,85 kg.
